Clear every virus. Capsules fall in two halves. Line up four of one colour in a row or a column and they burst - viruses count toward the four.

Three yellow halves and a yellow virus: four in a row, so the virus goes with them.

Don't let the capsules back up out of the neck at the top. That is the only way to lose.
